Small Town Radio took its first steps to becoming a reality in late-2011 when it was granted its CRTC license for the Cobourg, Ont. region. Broadcasting will start in fall-2012, but in the meantime the board wanted some headshots of the founding executive members this past December. Typical of small town spirit, my mother’s nearby Port Hope home became the studio after losing our location last minute. A quick re-think, and voila!
